How this works:

Send us the following data:
1) 3D Models
2) Blueprints, and comments.
3) Stock Material and Stock Size
4) Your Machine Information:
    a) Programming Type (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis-A/B, A/C, B/C)
    b) Machine Controller Type (FANUC , MAZAK, HASS, FADAL, SIEMENS, etc..)
    c) Table and Spindle Limits (Spindle RPM, Max Feed Rate, XYZ limits)
    d) Sample NC programs are helpful.

     e) Tool holder taper

    f) Tool crib description

5) Turn around time.

We will look at the print and estimate the cost based on hours to program, and as soon as possible we will send you a detailed Quote or Contract for Services.  

We program what you need how you need it, whether it's a partial CNC program that just defines a hard to calculate area or an intricate part . If we estimate too low we eat the difference. If you like the estimate we program the part and send it via E-Mail . We stand by with phone and E-Mail support and make any changes necessary to make the part work. After you are satisfied with both the program and service we sent you a bill.
