Here's how it works:

Send email with a compressed folder containing the
following data if possible:
1) Models
2) Blueprints, Parts Lists, General Notes, E.O.'s, etc.
3) Stock Material and Size if available
4) Machine data:  
a)Type (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis-A/B, A/C, B/C)
b) Control (FANUC 15i, MAZAK, YASNAC, SIEMENS 840D, etc..)
c) Limits (Spindle RPM, Feed Rate, XYZ limits)
d)  Sample CL or NC programs are helpful.
5) Lead time  

 

We will look at the print and estimate the cost based on hours to program, and as soon as possible we will send you a detailed Quote or Contract for Services.  

 

We program what you need how you need it, whether it's a partial CNC program that just defines a hard to calculate area or an intricate part . If we estimate too low we eat the difference. If you like the estimate we program the part and send it via E-Mail . We stand by with phone and E-Mail support and make any changes necessary to make the part work. After you are satisfied with both the program and service we sent you a bill. What could be easier.
